HSP Monster Truck 94111 is powered by a high torque 540 motor, 2000mAh battery and with oil filled dual shocks at each corner this is one rugged machine. The chassis on this truck is constructed of a mix of ABS and graphite which is braced with an aluminium upper deck support and affords the vehicle to absorb some heavy knocks. With it's realistic monster wheels and tyres you will be crushing other RC cars and tearing up your favourite patch of dirt with all the ferocity of a real wheel standing offroad competition machine, all in 1/10 scale. Adding to the appeal of this truck is the Black Titanium anodised aluminium components to compliment the unique cover design.Upgraded Chassis: An all new chassis design which incorporates extra rigidity by adding an additional former over the previous version. This same former helps by keeping damaging debris from entering the gearbox by adding and extra seal between the chassis floor and engine mount offering an extra level of protection for the spur and motor gears.Dual Shock Absorbers: With oil filled long travel dual shocks at each corner this Monster Truck can operate in difficult terrain but still keep itself upright while powering on to the next challenging obstacle. Each shock cap is colour coded Titanium Black to compliment the looks of this striking truck.All 8 shock absorbers on the Monster Truck are adjustable and allow the operator to dial in the suspension to suit the type of terrain they want to operate on. HSP have a unique "c shaped clip" that fits around the shock body just above the spring giving 2 different suspension adjustment settings. Fit this "c clip" to the shock and you can apply more preload to the spring for a firmer rate when running on a smooth surface to reduce body roll or take the clip out for a softer rate when running on rugged off road environments where you need all the suspension travel you can get. Rear wheel camber is adjustable along with front wheel camber and toe in toe out also being fully adjustable via a simple turnbuckle system on the steering arms. Your sure to find the setup that is right for just about any operating surface.Monster Wheels & Tires: The all new wheel design is exclusive to Hobby Warehouse and compliments the truck perfectly with is convoluted deep rim, scale bead lock rivets and wheel nuts.The tires with their deep tread pattern allow this machine to claw its way through the dirt with control and authority. This deep tread pattern also helps bring about quick stops when the action gets out of hand.High Torque Motor: Motivation for this truck comes from a powerful "ElectraDyne Brushed 550 Motor". The motor is fitted with a metal gear which provides its power to a special nylon main gear that then transfers power to the front and rear differentials giving power to each corner of the vehicle. The 4 wheel drive system provides spirited performance for the novice through to the expert RC driver. To help with additional cooling duties the motor is fitted with a Titanium Black finned aluminium heat sink to help dissipate heat away from the motor and keep it running at optimum performance levels even in the harshest offroad conditions. Adding to the durability of the "ElectraDyne Motor" is an all new cooling intake system which incorporates a fine mesh filter to make sure debris does not enter the motor housing which translates to many hours of trouble free operation in the harshest environments.High Torque Steering Servo: Steering duties are commanded by a HSP 6001 6Kg "High Torque" steering servo. The servo is also protected from heavy shock loads that can be amplified through the steering components while operating in harsh terrain by a unique "Servo Saver" system. A special spring loaded joint is incorporated into the steering system which helps dampen severe jarring to the servo and helps extend its longevity.NiMH Battery: The Supplied 7.2v 2000mAh NiMH battery keeps the motor, ESC and onboard electronics supplied with plenty of current for spirited performance along with a realistic operational time.Powerful ESC: The 40A Electronic Speed Controller supplies current to the motor and onboard electronics with authority.
